📌 1. Introduction
This Return & Refund Policy explains the rules and conditions under which customers can request returns or refunds for products purchased through our platform. Since we operate a collaborative platform connecting multiple stores—including Clothing, Mobile Accessories, Computer Accessories, and Grocery vendors—each store handles their own orders, payments, deliveries, and return requests. This policy provides a common structure while recognizing each store's individual responsibility.
🛍️ 2. Applicable Product Categories
This policy applies to the following product categories:
- 👗 Clothing & Fashion Accessories
- 📱 Mobile Accessories (chargers, cables, earphones, etc.)
- 💻 Computer Accessories (mice, keyboards, cables, storage, etc.)
- 🥕 Grocery & Daily Essentials (vegetables, dry fruits, pantry items)
📦 3. Return Eligibility Criteria
Return eligibility varies by category:
Clothing & Fashion
- ✅ Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery
- ✅ Item must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact
- ❌ No returns for innerwear or customized stitching
Mobile & Computer Accessories
- ✅ Returns accepted within 3 days for manufacturing defects or dead-on-arrival products
- ✅ Item must be in original packaging and condition
- ❌ No return for items damaged by misuse or mishandling
Groceries
- ✅ Return accepted only in case of damaged, spoiled, or expired items
- ✅ Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- ❌ No return for perishable items unless damaged
📸 4. Proof Required for Return
To process a return, you must:
- 📷 Share clear photos/videos showing the issue
- 📅 Mention the date of delivery and order ID
- 📞 Contact the store directly within the return window
🔁 5. Return Process
- 1️⃣ Customer contacts the store via WhatsApp or phone with proof
- 2️⃣ Store verifies the claim and approves the return (if eligible)
- 3️⃣ Customer returns the item to the store directly or schedules pickup (if applicable)
- 4️⃣ Store processes refund or replacement
💸 6. Refund Policy
All payments are made directly to the store, and refunds (if applicable) will also be processed by the store. We do not hold customer payments on our platform.
- ✅ Refunds are made via UPI or cash within 3–7 working days (as per store policy)
- ❌ We are not responsible for any delay in refund due to incomplete communication with the store
- 💬 Customers are advised to follow up directly with the store for any refund issues
⚠️ 7. Non-Returnable Products
Some products are not eligible for return or refund:
- ❌ Opened or used grocery products
- ❌ Custom-stitched clothing
- ❌ Personal hygiene items (e.g., masks, socks, undergarments)
- ❌ Products sold under clearance or final sale
🛑 8. Store’s Right to Decline Return
Each store reserves the right to decline a return request if:
- ➡️ Product has been used or tampered with
- ➡️ Return is requested after the eligible period
- ➡️ Proof of defect or issue is not valid or sufficient
📬 9. Customer Responsibilities
- ✅ Check the product at the time of delivery (especially groceries)
- ✅ Keep receipts, screenshots, and confirmation messages
- ✅ Do not misuse return/refund policy to exploit stores
- ✅ Follow respectful communication with delivery agents and sellers
📢 10. తెలుగులో – రిటర్న్ & రీఫండ్ సమాచారం
- ✅ మీరు తీసుకున్న వస్తువు లోపంగా ఉన్నా, 3 రోజుల్లో స్టోర్ కి పంపండి
- 📦 Grocery లు 24 గంటల్లో complain చేయాలి (damaged/expired)
- 📲 ప్రతి రిటర్న్ కి మీరు ఫోటోలు షేర్ చేయాలి
- 💰 Refund లు స్టోర్ నుండి నేరుగా వస్తాయి (platform collect చెయ్యదు)
