📋 Order Cancellation Overview

Orders placed on our platform are processed by individual stores. Since payment is not collected online, all cancellation requests must be made directly with the respective store as early as possible.

⏰ When Can You Cancel an Order?

  • ✅ Orders can be cancelled before store confirmation call or WhatsApp message.
  • ❌ Once the store confirms the order or dispatches the item, cancellation is not allowed.
  • ❗ Grocery orders must be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing them.

📞 How to Cancel an Order?

To cancel your order:

  1. 1️⃣ Contact the store using the number provided in your order confirmation message.
  2. 2️⃣ Mention your order details (items, name, mobile number).
  3. 3️⃣ The store will confirm if cancellation is possible.

💰 Refunds

Since payment is made directly to the store, any refund (if eligible) will be handled by the store based on their policy. Our platform is not responsible for refunds or disputes between customer and seller.

📢 రద్దు విధానం (తెలుగులో)

  • 🔸 మీరు order పెట్టిన వెంటనే అది store కి పంపబడుతుంది.
  • 🔸 మీరు order cancel చేయాలంటే, store confirm చేసే ముందు WhatsApp ద్వారా cancel చెప్పాలి.
  • 🔸 Grocery orders 15 mins లోపల cancel చేయాలి.
  • 🔸 Store dispatch చేసిన తర్వాత cancellation accept చేయబడదు.

  • ❗ Frequent cancellations may result in order restrictions.
  • ❗ For any disputes, please contact the store directly.
  • ❗ Platform will not interfere in store-level cancellations or refunds.
